Delete your Gitacore account

Verify the phone number used for Gitacore and we will permanently delete the account, authentication record, server-side allowance records and purchase identity associated with it.

Deleting the account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it first in Google Play subscriptions or App Store subscriptions, depending on where you purchased.

If you cannot access the phone number, use the support channel.

Delete some data and keep your account

In the Gitacore app, open More → Account & trust.

1. Memory. Turn off Let Krishna remember you. This immediately erases what Gitacore remembers about you (the people, burdens and vows you mentioned), on your device and on our servers. You can export it first from the same screen.
2. Conversation history. Turn off Conversation history. Nothing further is stored. Conversations already stored are kept for at most 90 days from when they were saved, then deleted automatically; deleting your account removes them at once.

What is kept while the account exists: your sign-in record (a keyed hash of your phone number), allowance and purchase records needed to provide what you paid for, and any safety report you chose to send (up to 180 days). Google Play and the App Store keep their own transaction records as the law requires.
