Gitacore

Privacy Policy

Effective 25 August 2026

Gitacore is an AI conversation experience. We process a phone number to deliver a one-time sign-in code, but persist only a keyed hash rather than the raw number. We also process conversation prompts, voice recordings sent for transcription, generated replies, purchase status and safety reports to provide and protect the service.

How data is used

Voice and text are sent to contracted processors only to provide the requested experience. These can include OpenAI for language and transcription, ElevenLabs for speech, RevenueCat with Google Play or the Apple App Store for purchases, Upstash for service records, our hosting provider, and MSG91 or Twilio for verification messages. We do not sell personal data or use private conversations for advertising.

Memory and retention

Conversation history is stored on our servers for up to 90 days so we can improve how Krishna responds. It is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time under Trust & account — nothing further is kept once you do. It is never sold and never used for advertising, and everything stored is deleted when you delete your account.

The personal memory shown under “What he remembers” — the people, burdens and vows you tell him about — is kept so he can continue where you left off. It is on by default, stored on your device and synced to your account so it follows you between devices, and a short brief drawn from it is sent to the AI service on each turn. You can switch it off under Trust & account, which erases it in both places, and you can export or erase it there at any time. Authentication, allowance and purchase-verification records are retained while your account exists. Safety reports are retained for up to 180 days to investigate abuse and improve filtering, and are removed when the associated account is deleted.

Your choices

You can revoke microphone permission in Android settings, turn off conversation history under Trust & account, erase or export memory inside the app, and delete the account and associated server data from Trust & account or the web deletion page. Some transaction records may remain with Google where legally required.
